A Few Words from the Directors
Hello ORCCA members and STARS Network affiliates,
 
We want to specially thank those of you who were able to join the inaugural STARS membership meeting on December 9th.  Members from diverse backgrounds were able to form connections, and we look forward to the collaboration that will result from this network.  The small group discussions generated a wealth of ideas surrounding priority focus areas for research.  Click the buttons below for a summary of the research themes that emerged from these discussions and a copy of the presentation from the meeting.

STARS Network Member Chat
The STARS Network will be hosting a monthly virtual opportunity for members to informally discuss research ideas, collaboration opportunities and examine existing requests for applications (RFAs). Our first “chat” will be on February 1 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. EST. An official meeting invitation and Zoom link is forthcoming, so save the date if you are interested.

Member Only Area

This is a reminder that ORCCA Members can now enter the exclusive Member Only Area of the ORCCA website. Inside this area you will find detailed member profiles that we hope will help to build connections between our members.  Using this tool, you can find and connect with others who have similar research interests using the Search or Tags feature.  Clicking on an individual profile will bring up additional details, including contact information.

 

Visit the Member Only Area today and browse the profiles using the button below.  You will be asked to provide your email and create a password to enter this area on your first visit.  Please email prough@etsu.edu with any questions, or if you need to make any changes to your profile, including adding a profile photo.
